Email support@aivideoeditor.lol from the address you signed in with, and include your Stripe receipt or subscription id when the question is about billing.
2. What to include
For billing questions include the plan name, the billing period and the last four digits of the card as shown on your receipt. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers.
3. Response times
We normally answer within 24 hours. Refund requests that need a Stripe cross-check can take a little longer, and we will keep you updated by email.
