1. Before you buy
Check the plan, billing period and price on the pricing page before paying. The checkout total shown by Stripe is final.
2. Refunds
If a subscription cannot be provisioned, contact support within 7 days and we will refund the payment in full to the original payment method.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full once verified with Stripe.
3. How to request
Email support@aivideoeditor.lol from the address you signed in with, including the Stripe receipt or payment id, and we will answer within 24 hours.
